Pilot Training Program    

The McGhee Aviation Pilot Program is designed to give disadvantage individuals the opportunity of a lifetime, which is to become a helicopter & jet pilot.

In this program McGhee Aviation will pay for all training from start to finish and also a monthly salary during training. Upon completing training you will have a guaranteed job with McGhee Aviation.

The requirements are simple:

• The desire to Fly

• High school graduate or 16 and currently enrolled in high school with a 3.0 GPA or better

Program entry is limited. To apply simply submit a Bio with 4x4 size photo. In your bio one should give the reason why you should be chosen and accepted in the McGhee Aviation Pilot Program.

All packets are reviewed by McGhee Aviation Flight Board once every 3 to 6 months as needed and 5 applicants are selected for training.
